Each tablet contains:
Hydrolyzed collagen peptides (from wild-caught whitefish skin)10 g
Recommended adult dose: 1 serving daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Mix well in 250 mL of water until fully dissolved. Use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
